As May continues, it is a great time to go outside and fly a kite, so the second block for May 2021 is Flying Kite, it was originally published in the Kansas City Star, on July 07, 1937. It is also known as Spinning Wheel Quilt Block.
This would be a great scrap buster, and would look great with different color combinations.
The block will finish at 12″ x 12″ (12 1/2″ x 12 1/2″ unfinished).
